Good Mood Diet Club

The goal of Good Mood Diet Clubs is to create support in your life. You may connect with your neighbors, your co-workers, your book club or card group, even your daughter or your spouse. Anyone can become your club. I hope that we can begin a grassroots movement of people helping each other to change their lives, once and for all! How great would it be if everyone you knew was in a Good Mood?

You've got the book. You've got the Web site. Now you need the support. You are going to create your own Good Mood Diet Club, or join one that's already organized. Here's how to get started:

1. Sign up for a chat group or a video group to share your daily thoughts and ideas, and give support to others.

2. Download the Good Mood Diet Log (PDF) to track your daily habits.

3. Download the Good Mood Diet 12-Week Discussion Guide (PDF), so that you'll have the tools to create a discussion at your weekly club meetings.
